Daughter Kara and I had a ball at the book sale today, and brought home 2 shopping bags of cookbooks! We found several Emeril’s and Creole ones, and even an old Justin Wilson. For some reason, there were lots of chocolate cookbooks, which will be perfect for me to give away for Valentine’s Day! One that I am really excited to read is “The Armchair James Beard,” about his selected writings on food and drink, plus 130 recipes. Lots of Southwest ones, too, plus other surprises for giveaways!
