Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup ketchup
½ cup chili sauce
½ cup cottonseed oil or other flavorless oil
½ cup grated yellow onion
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Cover and keep refrigerated. Makes 1 quart. Recipe can be divided in half. Delicious as a salad dressing, for dipping with onion rings or french fries, or used in making deviled eggs.
