Not only are there great recipes for your leftover turkey, but also recipes for ground turkey, turkey cutlets, grilling turkey, breasts, and thighs. There are endless possibilities for cooking all the turkey parts.
I know you are all very busy with your Thanksgiving preparations and have no time to read this, so go have some fun in the kitchen. I just wanted to give you one last book to remember! It’s terrific.
