Rocky Road Clusters
  • 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup broken walnuts
  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in condensed milk, water, vanilla, and salt until smooth and satiny. Do not beat.
  4. Fold in marshmallows and walnuts.
  5. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Let stand until firm. Makes approximately 2-1/2 to 3 dozen. Store in airtight container with clusters layered with wax paper or plastic wrap.
