Comeback Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup chili sauce
  • ½ cup cottonseed oil or other flavorless oil
  • ½ cup grated yellow onion
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Cover and keep refrigerated. Makes 1 quart. Recipe can be divided in half. Delicious as a salad dressing, for dipping with onion rings or french fries, or used in making deviled eggs.
