My Kristina came into the world on September 10th with her eyes wide open and looking around. She took it all in and decided the world was something she wanted to explore – and that she has done. From the time she was born, Kristina soaked up life like a sponge. She loved to read, travel, learn – and cook! All of her life experiences have led her to where she is now. We are so proud of her accomplishments and the lovely lady she is today. We love you, Kristina, and can’t wait to see what comes next. Whatever it is, we know you will put your heart and soul into it. You are a joy to observe!
First day home from the hospital.
Eventually, Kristina cooked with pots and didn’t sit in them!
Graduation from Northwestern University – at the arch and walking with sister, Kara afterward.
A winning moment with Guy Fieri!
A recent photo from Australia. In between cooking competitions, Kristina takes time to hug a koala.
One of my favorite photos of Kristina, in Tyler Florence’s store in Mill Valley, California. Doesn’t she look content just reading a cookbook?
Kristina has always loved Better Homes and Gardens. Now she hosts their online blog, betterrecipes.com where she shares recipes, ideas, and her cooking adventures throughout the world.
Yep! It’s a big world out there! Never stop exploring.
Happy Birthday, my sweetheart.
This is one beautiful woman! So much to be proud of! Happy Birthday!
