It’s been too long since I had a box of cookbooks giveaway! This box will be won by some lucky reader in a random drawing, and consists of an eclectic group of books. First, I have Maida Heatter’s classic cookie book, which everyone knows is one of the best cookie books ever. For some airplane reading or relaxing on a hot afternoon, MFK Fisher will entertain you with her views on food.
Here is a great book for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, or for picnics over the summer. It’s packed with recipes and fun picnic and family gathering ideas.
Now here’s a fun little book from designer, Kate Spade! It’s all about being a good host for special occasions such as cooking for friends, setting the table, invitations, music, dinner parties, gift and decorating ideas, and everything it takes to make any occasion memorable for all. You will love this book!
How about some vintage Betty Crocker? Here is the first edition, 1962 classic of easy meals. Such great retro food!
And yet another Betty Crocker, but this one is for the kids or grandkids! So many kids love cooking and this one is for some fun baking time with mom or grandma.
Okay, one more for the kids. Whether it’s energy bars, pizza for breakfast, “hoiti toiti” broccoli, or Mr. Peanut Heads, the kids will go nuts for this darling little book made just for them.
