I know someone out there knows this funny little bottle with the funny name. How I miss it. My friend Roxanne introduced it to me years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I had quite a few bottles to last me awhile and there was one store where I could occasionally find it, but now the well (or rather the pantry) is dry. I am down to my last bottle. First thing I did was google it, of course, and I found how to order it online – from England! I would rather find a source here, so I am hoping one of you out there can tell me how to find it. It comes in a liquid bottle, too, but I like the small pudgy bottle which has a sticky paste more than a liquid. If anyone knows how I can order it, or if you can get it, if you could send me the name of the store where you purchase it and I could contact the store and buy a case. Please… I am scraping the bottom..

Why I Started This Blog
I love cookbooks. I mean I really love them. I love to read them, treasure them, learn from them, and, of course, cook from them. To me, cookbooks take on a life all of their own. They are history, family, and memories. I have been collecting cookbooks and writing down treasured recipes of family, friends, and neighbors since about age twelve, which means I now own thousands of cookbooks, recipes, and clippings. Now I want to share them with you along with the many other culinary treasures of my cellar." - Debbie Vanni

I don’t know what I am doing wrong, but I can’t find it at that address. I went to the site, entered Bovril in the search area, but just got back a Bovril refrigerator magnet! Of course, I am somewhat computer challenged..
