Here is an easy snack to make for Halloween weekend.  Kids love this! They can even help you make it.

Monster Munch

1/2 cup butter
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning mix
2 cups Fritos corn chips
2 cups Corn Chex
1 cup Rice Chex
1 cup peanuts
2 cups pretzel sticks

Place butter in a glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, or until butter is melted. Remove from microwave and stir in taco seasoning mix with a fork; set aside. Combine the corn chips, cereals, peanuts, and pretzels in a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish. Drizzle with butter mixture; stir with a fork. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir again, and microwave on HIGH for another 1-2 minutes, until heated through. Remove and cool before serving. Makes about 8 cups.
